Return Policy

Frozen & Perishable Goods

Due to food safety and hygiene regulations, frozen foods, meats, fish, and perishable items cannot be returned or exchanged once delivered or collected, except where:

  • The wrong item was supplied
  • The product arrived damaged
  • The product was spoiled upon delivery

Issues must be reported within 24 hours of delivery with clear photos or videos as evidence.

Non-Perishable Goods

Non-perishable items may be eligible for return if:

  • The item is unopened and unused
  • The item is returned within 3 days of delivery
  • The item is in its original condition

Customers are responsible for return delivery costs unless the error was caused by Bukky of Notts Venture Limited.

Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 working days using the original payment method where possible.
